I'VE SIGNED THE CONTRACT FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
The Trial Period is a specially priced one-time rental option that cannot be renewed. If you wish to continue to rent the instrument you will be put on a monthly rental plan. If you have paid by credit card, your monthly payments will automatically be charged; otherwise you will be sent a monthly statement. Note: you are responsible for your monthly payments even if you do not receive a bill.

DO MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS APPLY TOWARD THE PURCHASE?
All consecutive monthly rental fee payments count toward the purchase minus the maintencance fee ($5 per month) and any applicable sales tax. Purchases are eligible for a 35% discount off the unpaid balance of the original price. Purchases made after the Trial Period are eligible for a discount of 20% off the original price. These discounts are for lump sum payouts only and only if account is current and in good standing.

MY CHILD HAS A STRING INSTRUMENT AND IS GROWING, WHAT DO I DO?
String instruments can be traded in for larger ones if necessary. The smaller instruments therefore are not purchased, but accrued credit is applicable toward the purchase of a full size instrument.

I NEED TO RETURN THE INSTRUMENT, HOW DO I HANDLE THAT?
You can return the instrument directly to The Music Center. DO NOT return the instrument to your child's school.
